We want all are customers to be happy with there products If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item with a full refund. You can contact the store by emailing Marcottefamily91@gmail.com
In order to get your full refund the product will need to be returned. Before we ship out your items we will send an email of the product to make sure you are happy with it before it it shipped. If a candle brakes please notify us and we will send a box paid to have it shipped back and we will send a new one if you would like.
Privacy & Safety
All personal information is never saved. Once the item is shipped out your address will be removed so if there is a problem with your item please email me the address you would like send back to. We will also send an invoice with your product so if there are any issues please keep it so we can help with any problems if there is any.
Your privacy is very important to us so no information will be saved for any reason. If there is a reason to keep any information for documentation it is well secured.
